A married couple with 2 teenage kids needed to update their house and expand their floorspace to meet their changing needs and add more room for entertaining. The client required specific things from the renovation including a parents retreat, master bedroom, second family room, rumpus room, updated laundry and a new family bathroom with spotted-gum flooring throughout.
The addition of hydronic heating panels to the bedrooms allowed a greater level of comfort and space for everyone to enjoy. In-slab heating was also added to the rumpus along with under tile heating to the bathrooms.
